Job Title: Executive Assistant (Work From Home) Location: Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week) Shift: Flexible (based on business requirements) Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote role that requires professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings efficiently. Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and virtual meetings. Monitor and manage emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items. Organize documents, reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication. Handle confidential information with discretion. Support leadership with day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Perform other executive support tasks as required. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Receptionist. Experience supporting senior leadership, founders, directors, or C-level executives is highly preferred.
