Paul Davis Restoration Job OpportunityPaul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters. These values guide how we serve our customers, support our teammates, and grow together.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the handling of customer belongings throughout the restoration process, from initial pack-out to final returnAssist with transporting items between job sites and the warehouse, ensuring proper care at all timesPerform physical tasks involving lifting, carrying, and positioning materials in a safe and efficient mannerWrap, protect, and organize contents based on job requirements and customer expectationsTake apart and rebuild furniture when needed during moves and restoration workSupport emergency response efforts, including water mitigation, drying, and site stabilizationSet up and break down drying equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbersRemove damaged structural materials and assist with tear-out and cleanup following a lossCommunicate directly with customers on-site to provide updates and address questionsSafely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, as part of daily responsibilitiesQualificationsValid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.Ability to receive DOT certificationAbility to perform demolition work, including climbing, working in extreme temperatures, and in confined spaces.Ability to lift 60 lbs.HoursFull-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:15 am to 4:30pm, Optional Overtime included.Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.Pay$23.00-26.00 per hour & Bonus OpportunitiesBenefits IncludeWeekly Bonus opportunitiesPTOHoliday PayHealthcareDental & Vision InsuranceGenerous 401k Program with company matchReferral ProgramTenure ProgramSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
