This position supports the production department, performing hands-on tasks in a small assembly area including mechanical assembly and silkscreen printing. This is an entry level position with great growth potential for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Assembly Area Duties :Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of components and products.Operate silkscreen equipment to apply labels and markings to parts.Use PEM insertion tools to install fasteners into sheet metal and other materials.Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy.Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.Familiarity with hand tools, silk-screening, and PEM insertion equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work Environment:Combination of production floor and warehouse environment.Use of PPE and adherence to safety standards required.
